Great value for money. Superb central location between Plaza de Armas and Bellavista. Helpful and English-speaking staff. Spacious rooms with a kitchenette.

The rooftop terrace was nice and so was the view. the location, near the city center, was convenient for exploring. the staff was friendly and helpful.
We had a disappointing Christmas stay. the room was cramped and the bed was uncomfortable.

We had a great time at this centrally located hotel close to everything. the staff were very helpful and available 24/7. the rooms were spacious and included a little kitchen, and the top area had a very nice view. We enjoyed the free tea, coffee, biscuit, and fruit juice.
There was occasionally difficulty due to limited English on the staff.

During my recent Christmas stay at a hotel, I liked the excellent customer service and the beautiful, tastefully designed room. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the whole stay. The hotel's perfect location made it easy to explore the nearby sights and attractions, and the delicious breakfast was a bonus that I enjoyed every morning.
On the flip side, there were a few things that disappointed me during my stay. The bathroom could use some deep cleaning, and there was no soap rack in the shower.
